Shane began his real estate journey along 30A after purchasing Gulf-front property in Inlet Beach in 2012. While overseeing construction of his family’s home, he became deeply involved in managing the build, improving infrastructure, and enhancing community amenities. His hands-on experience drew interest from neighboring owners who sought his advice on property and construction, launching his real estate career. With more than 30 years of construction, business, and negotiating experience, Shane brings unmatched insight to every transaction.
