Born in New Orleans, LA. Charles. While attending De LaSalle High School he won the Louisiana State Springboard Diving Championship three years in a row and received a four-Year scholarship to the University of Alabama. Following graduation, he was the opening General Manager and VP of Sales of the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club Condominium-Destin, Florida, where he was responsible for Managing the sales of 166 condominiums in a 3year period. Since then, Charles has been a Hotel Executive for four (4) International Hotel Companies in Real Estate Acquisitions & Franchise Development and handled 154 Commercial transactions in North America and the Caribbean. He has held a Real Estate Broker’s License in Florida, Arizona, Georgia and currently an Associate Broker with BERSHIRE HATHAWAY in Destin, Florida.
